Cleaning Up

David asked God to,    Cleanse me...wash me...

In the morning when you wash or shower, pray

"God, just as this water is cleaning my body, 

may your Word and your Spirit

cleanse my mind and heart.

Whether intentions, desires or thoughts

that lead me away from your presence -

cleanse them entirely."

Be still for a few moments. Allow God time to speak, if he chooses.
