The most frequent promise in the Bible.

Adam and Eve were promised God's presence. 

Enoch "walked with God."

The promise came to Noah, Abraham and Sarah, Jacob, 

Joseph, Moses, David, Amos, Mary, Paul and many others. 

Do not be terrified...for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. 

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, 

I will fear no evil; for you are with me. 

Immanuel - God with us. 

Jesus promised to send the Spirit so that - 

I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
