Can You Beat Me?

     We took the letters    a c e h i l n r u    and tried to see how many words we could spell using only these letters. 

     There is - can, rice, he, cane, nice, hen, hi. 

     Also - hail, ice, rich, richer, near, ace and lice.

     How about - hill, race, nail, rail, cure, hair, liar, hire, run. 

     23 words. Can you add to it?

     Or, can you top this? Find a word and a name that go together, using all nine of the letters?

     Hurricane Helene 

     No laughing matter. Coming our way. And we can't run. 

     Tuesday evening, well-known meteorologist Jim Cantore was on TV from Hudson Beach, 1-1/2 miles from us. Wow! He is known for showing up at the most vulnerable locations. We expect high storm surge, but hurricane winds...not likely.

     On Wednesday, the Jim Cantore we know. He is now in Florida's capital city, which expects to be hammered by a cat 3 or 4.
